   • Experience: 10-15 years in handling all departments in a sugar factory, with a result-oriented approach.

2. Chief Accountant (2 Positions)

   • Qualification: Master's degree (M.Com, MBA Finance) or equivalent in Accountancy/Finance.

   • Experience: 5-10 years in sugar factory and accounting practices.

3. Admin-HR (2 Positions)

   • Experience: 5-10 years in administration and human resource management, including handling attendance, salaries, PF, ESIC.

4. Electrical Engineer (2 Positions)

   • Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Electrical (power and electronic systems preferred).

   • Experience: Skilled in managing and maintaining power and automation systems in a sugar manufacturing environment.

5. Purchase Manager (2 Positions)

   • Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration.

   • Experience: 5-10 years in procurement/supply chain, preferably in the sugar industry.

6. Chartered Accountant (2 Positions)

   • Qualification: Certified CA.

   • Experience: In sugar industry, including Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Project Financing & Advisory Service.

7. Company Secretary (2 Positions)

   • Qualification: Certified Company Secretary (CS qualified).

   • Experience: In sugar factory, with in-depth knowledge of company laws, compliance, and regulatory matters.
