With a strong presence in manufacturing Cotton Ginning Machines and allied equipment, and a diversification into PEB infrastructure and turnkey projects globally, Bajaj Steel offers a dynamic environment for growth.

Current Openings in the PEB Division:

1. 1. Sales & Marketing Executive (Domestic & Exports)

   • Qualification: B.E. or DME (Mechanical / Structural / Civil), preferably with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.

   • Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical sales with AutoCAD knowledge.

   • Responsibilities: Domestic & export market development for pre-engineered buildings, lead generation, market research, and export sales. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

   • Location: Mumbai/Nagpur

2. 2. PEB Steel Structure Designer

   • Qualification: M.TECH / B.E. or DME (Mechanical / Structural).

   • Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in MBS & STAAD PRO Software for PEB Design & Steel Buildings.

   • Responsibilities: Analysis and design of various PEB types, steel structure design, bill of materials preparation, design calculations, and proposal/quotation generation.

3. 3. Detailing Checker / Detailing Engineer

   • Qualification: B.E. or DME (Mechanical / Structural).

   • Experience: Minimum 4 years in PEB Detailing as a Checker with Tekla Software.

   • Responsibilities: Co-ordination with the detailing team, control of detailing matters, BOM preparation, and timely implementation of standard drawings.

4. 4. Project Manager

   • Qualification: B.E. or DME (Mechanical / Structural / Civil).

   • Experience: 4 to 5 years.

   • Responsibilities: Handling construction, operation, and maintenance activities at project sites, ensuring proper execution & monitoring for projects until completion & commissioning, and resolving civil, design, and development issues.
