💼 Role Overview:

Barclays is seeking a Fraud Analyst with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join its fraud prevention and detection team. This is a critical role that supports the bank’s mission to maintain the highest levels of customer security and trust.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze suspicious transaction patterns across multiple channels (cards, online banking, etc.).
Use fraud detection tools and internal systems to identify unusual behavior and potential risks.
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies for case investigations and resolution.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on fraud trends and incidents.
Stay updated on the latest fraud techniques, compliance protocols, and industry best practices.
Assist in developing proactive fraud prevention strategies.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience in fraud investigation or risk analysis in the BFSI domain.
Strong understanding of fraud types including card fraud, identity theft, phishing, and social engineering.
Experience working with fraud management tools (e.g., Actimize, SAS, Falcon, or equivalent).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in using Excel, SQL, and other reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
